Thank you for your interest in the programs of the Downriver Career Technical Consortium. For nearly 60 years, DCTC has been helping students find their career pathway in life. It has been said that "the two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why (Mark Twain). With over 33 different Career and Technical Education program, we offer the education students need to find their way in life. Many of the programs offer industry standard credentials, which allow students to be placed directly in their field of study. This could range from our Cosmetology program in which students may sit for the State of Michigan Liscensing exam to Welding, in which students may become certified welders through the SENSE test.
